About
Breanne Moore
I came into this field wanting to help people gain insight into their problems and issues, while finding solutions and not just labeling the problems. I support individuals faced with many different adjustments in life and facing anxiety with a healthy mindset. I have experience working with individuals who have a desire to address depression, anxiety, self-esteem issues, poor coping strategies, relationship issues, stress, and adjustment concerns.

I have an eclectic background in education and training, and I bring this with me into our sessions so that I can meet you where you are in the here and now. I have training in counseling psychology, Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP), and coaching. I have experience assisting individuals in life transitions such as college, work, career change, marriage, starting families, and retirement.

I would describe my approach as client centered, empathetic, and goal focused with touches of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution Focused. I support my client in finding what works for them, as I believe that success is found in what the person is able to implement. I focus on meeting the client where they are and moving forward from that place.

I know that seeking therapy can be difficult and I am here to meet you where you are and create a space for you to heal, grow, and progress in your authentic self. I look forward to working with you!
